How do I know my cap size?
Measure around your head along the hairline with a soft tape. Most people fit a medium cap (22–22.5 inches). Our fit guide shows every step.
Can I adjust the fit?
Yes. Every cap has adjustable straps at the back, and most styles include combs to hold the wig in place.
Lace
What is the difference between lace front, full lace, and 360 lace?
Lace front has lace along the front hairline. Full lace covers the whole cap so you can part it anywhere. 360 lace runs around the whole perimeter for a natural hairline on every side.
Do I need glue?
No. Our glueless styles stay in place with combs and an elastic band. For other styles, glue or tape is optional.
Hair quality
Is the hair really 100% human hair?
Yes. Every wig we sell is made of 100% human hair. Details about origin and grade are on each product page.
Can I dye or bleach my wig?
Human hair can be coloured, but we recommend a professional stylist. Dyed or bleached wigs cannot be returned.
Shipping
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
We ship from Alberta to anywhere in Canada with Canada Post. You choose Regular Parcel, Expedited Parcel, or Xpresspost at checkout and get a tracking number by email.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free in Canada on orders over $150. Below that, you see live Canada Post rates at checkout.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange an unworn wig within 14 days of delivery. The lace must be uncut, the hair not washed, styled, or dyed, and the hygiene seal and tags intact.
When do I get my refund?
We inspect every returned wig. Once it passes, we refund the original payment method.
