Where we ship
We ship from our studio in Alberta to addresses in Canada. Shipping to the United States is planned.
Shipping options and cost
All parcels go with Canada Post. You choose the speed at checkout:

The free-shipping amount is based on the price of the items in your cart, before discount codes, shipping, and tax. Delivery times are Canada Post estimates from the day your order ships and are not guaranteed.
When your order ships
Most orders leave our studio within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). We email you the Canada Post tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delays, damage, and lost parcels
If your tracking has not changed for several days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will open a claim with Canada Post and make it right.
Address changes
Write to us as soon as possible if your address is wrong. Once a parcel has shipped, we can only ask Canada Post to redirect it, and we cannot promise they will.
